The Practice Of Health.
At Burnt-Out!, I often say “Deep health emerges naturally through the simplest practices.”
But what are these practices?
That’s what I’ll teach you in this course. At the start of each week you’ll receive a new skill to practice by email, helping to develop the mental and physical environment to overcome burn-out.
All you need to do, if you’re curious enough to seek change, is experiment with that skill for a week.
During the week I’ll send you a little reminder (because we all get side-tracked!) to help you dig deeper and learn a little more about your health preferences.
At the end of each week I’ll send you a final email to check in with you and see how it went.
If the skill felt beneficial to your health, then simply keep it in your routine longterm (and if it didn’t… then don’t).
As you build up the skills that benefit you, and practice them regularly, you’ll find they’ll add up; snowballing you towards an increasingly emergent state of wellbeing.
So what areas of health will we be working on?
Our Six Foundations Of Energy Balance Of Course.
The human body is an energy hungry machine. So health ultimately comes down to how well you balance your energy resources. We call this “balancing Energy-In and Energy-Out“.
Energy-In: Recovery (Sleep, Downtime & Restoration), Nutrition and having Purpose, all give us energy. Without good Energy-In, health and wellbeing will suffer.
Energy-Out: Stress, Exercise and Repair (from physical or mental injury) all cost us energy. That energy cost can either break us down, or make us more resilient – I’ll teach you how to ensure it’s the latter.
I understand not everyone needs to work on the same areas of health. One person’s health could be limited by stress, for example, whilst another is struggling with injury, or diet.
That’s why, throughout the course, I’ll be giving you the option to choose which area of health you’d like to work on. In doing so you can learn skills that are important in YOUR health journey.

The honest answer to your question is that I want you to have such an empowering experience with me over email that you’ll trust me to coach you on a more personal level. Giving you a free resource offers me the chance to showcase what I can do for you.
If you like what you experience, then maybe you’ll want to go deeper and be fully supported on your journey. And that’s what I do better than anything here – Support my clients.
It’s an important question to ask up front. I don’t want to be sending out emails to someone that doesn’t need them. So let’s look at both sides of this question.

You’re not quite ready to practice some simple health skills.
Although these skills are designed to be easy for everyone, sometimes, when we’re being really honest with ourselves, we might not be quite ready for a change – and that’s okay too.
Whilst I’m not going to overwhelm you with complex tasks, or military style bootcamps, there will be some effort required on your side to experiment with the suggestions I give you.
So, if you’re not quite ready to take on small changes right now (I get it… life can be overwhelmingly busy), then I’ll still be here later down the road if things change for you.
This course IS for you if. . .
You’re curious and open minded about how learning some simple skills can profoundly change your health. If you are, then you’re probably going to get a lot from this resource.
